Membership
Membership Information for the LDS Booksellers Association
About the Association
We are a non-profit organization comprised of retail and wholesale businesses that deal primarily in LDS books and related products. Our current membership is in excess of 180 retailers and 180 wholesalers. The majority of our members are located in the United States and Canada, but we do extend into Europe and Australia.
During the month of August, we sponsor an annual convention and trade show, in Salt Lake City. The convention is open to members only, and attendees must be 14 years or older to attend. During this time, wholesale members of the LDSBA exhibit their product(s) and many of them offer special convention prices for those attending. The convention exhibits are scheduled for three days in addition to the Retailers Networking Seminar on Monday; the Booksellers University on Tuesday; an evening of entertainment; a banquet; author/artist autographing; and much more. Many vendors sponsor additional activities during the convention.
Twice a year, we publish THE LDS BOOKSELLER,
which is mailed to the membership. Included in this publication are
articles featuring retail and wholesale business tips, President's
message, new product review, etc. We also offer a Spectrum CD-ROM,
which contains a listing of books, sidelines, music (both audio and
printed).
We have placed links below for the retail or wholesale application form. Please complete the application and return to the association's address, along with the required documentation and the payment of $100 for the dues.
If we can be of any further assistance, please feel free to contact us at the address or phone number listed below.
Sincerely, - The LDSBA Board of Directors
